Mr. Raúl Babbar has more than 35 years of experience as a businessman, entrepreneur, executive chairman (OTEC Travel, REINSA, Immigration Experts, Reciclub), member of executive boards and national and international advisor (Organix S.A., Bioagriculture of Costa Rica, Hotel La Sirena, UNDP-UNWTO Guatemala) in the areas of tourism, technology, recycling, immigration, trade, real estate, investment and business.

His vast experience in administrative, financial, business and legal matters is combined with his private practice for over ten years as an Attorney and Notary Public, with important strengths in the areas of Administrative, Commercial, Corporate and Contractual Law, as well as the ability to detect new financial opportunities, maximize profits and solve day-to-day problems. Other activities and areas of work include drafting of private contracts, dispute resolution, mediation and litigation at the national and international level.

Raúl is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and Italian, and has a client portfolio from various countries.
