He has held various government positions such as the Head of the Business Registration Department of the National Registry, where he contributed with the creation and implementation of procedures for the registration of public documents in Civil and Commercial matters, as well as in rulings regarding administrative disputes in the registration of contracts and other documents.
He was also responsible for quality control of rulings regarding the registration of commercial contracts and other documents in the Business Entity Registry.
