Diego Alonso Cascante Fuentes has more than 5 years of experience in the professional practice of Law. He has worked in several areas of legal practice, including: Family Law, Civil Law, Judicial Collection, and Labor Law in Public Employment processes. In 2014 he began as a legal technician in the Public Defense of Costa Rica, assisting in criminal matters and child support. Since 2017 he has worked as a trial lawyer, he also has corporate experience in matters of Government Regulations (Compliance). Diego is eligible as a Generic Judge, Family Judge, and Public Defender in matters of Alimony. He is currently part of the NCC Parajeles litigation team, taking care of all the processing corresponding to judicial processes, in various matters such as criminal, civil, administrative, labor, family, domestic violence, contraventions and traffic. Diego joined the NCC Parajeles Litigation team in June 2021.
