Juan Pablo is licensed to practice law by the Costa Rican Bar Association and authorized by the National Department of Notaries to serve as a Notary Public.

He served as a Judge from his licensing as an attorney and until 2007. During this time, he issued judgements on diverse Civil, Administrative, Labor and Family Law matters He is currently a substitute Judge for the Superior Family Court in San José.

A talented trial lawyer and business consultant, he has been part of renowned law firms, and has served as Director of a Litigation Department.

Currently practicing in the private sector, he handles litigation in civil, commercial, labor and administrative law areas.

He obtained a post-graduate degree in Business Administration at the renowned Universidad INCAE at its Nicaragua Headquarters.

He plays a leading role in the Litigation and Corporate Law teams at NCC Parajeles. He has been highly recognized by our clients as an excellent business advisor thanks to his background as a business administrator.
