Dionisio has been part of the firm since 2017 and handles criminal cases.

He graduated from the University of Costa Rica in 1983 and began his professional practice both as a litigating attorney and as an authorized Notary Public.

He later served as Public Defender for the Costa Rican Judiciary where he fulfilled several positions and eventually was Head of the Heredia Province Unit of Public Defenders where he served for thirty years.

During this extensive period, Dionisio received training in many different areas which helped his development as an attorney specializing in Criminal Law.

As a member of NCC, Dionisio has been a determined advocate in the defending of our clients´ interests and is part of our Litigation Department in the Criminal Law area.

Dionisio is a key player in many of the suits we handle as he has vast experience in the preparation of grievance procedures related to public and private crimes, as well as the corresponding civil reparatory actions.
