Douglas has more than 3 years of experience working with law firms in North America in private investigations on issues related to legal disputes of civil liability. The regions covered on those investigations include the United States, Central and South America. Some of the represented companies were the Dole Fruit Company, Chevron Oil and several auto manufacturing companies. This experience has given him a broad understanding of what is necessary to assemble superior evidence preparation for trial.
Since 2013 he has been developing skills and experience in various areas of legal practice including Constitutional, Commercial and Corporate Law, Immigration, Trusts, Real Estate, Dispute Mediation, and Litigation in Criminal, Civil, Collections and Labor proceedings.
In 2015, in collaboration with partner Alfredo Nuñez Gamboa, NCC Abogados created its Pro- Bono Department, in which both serve as directors, as part of the firm’s commitment to assist and protect the interests of those in need.
